The Good Human Gym Program!
I made this program for busy people who recognize the benefits of strength training and want to do it the right way as efficiently as possible. The program consists of 3 strength training workouts per week that last approximately 30-45 minutes depending on the day. Every two weeks the workouts change slightly to keep things fresh with new moves, different reps/sets, different order of exercises, etc. All while practicing progressive overload to keep you improving from week to week.
Some weeks the workouts are split up as push, pull, legs and others they are full body workouts! The first few weeks of the program ease you into things if you haven’t been working out, so this is a GREAT program for people just starting out their fitness journey! Or if you’re looking to change things up and try something different than your old routine you’ve been doing since high school, this is a great option!
Using my app you can see videos of each exercise, track your progress (weight, reps, etc.), you also can message me and ask questions at any time! But don’t just take my word for it, here is a testimony from someone who has been doing the program for nearly 9 months now!
