A BIG Announcement!!

Introducing a new opportunity to develop a new you in the new year of 2023!

The Healthy Human 6 Week New Year Challenge!

Starting on January 9th, I’m running a 6 week challenge for anyone who is looking to start their year off on the right foot with their health and fitness. The fee for the challenge is $50 which equals just $1.19 per day. 

Whether your goals are to lose weight, gain muscle, get stronger, or you want to develop the habit of being a healthier version of yourself, this challenge is for YOU!

Each year most people set some goals and expectations for themselves to be better and improve all these different aspects of their lives. They mostly do these very privately and based off of their own perspective of what they experience and are feeling. In my experience, these same people tend to sell themselves short (me included) of what they HAVE accomplished and simultaneously set themselves up for failure by setting unrealistic expectations of what they COULD accomplish.

That is what this challenge is going to focus on.

I want to help you build a realistic and strong foundation of sustainability with your health and self care so that you can make 2023 your fittest year ever and carry that over for the rest of your time on earth!

In the challenge you’ll be able to pick from a number of different workout programs I offer including:

  • The Good Human-Home Program: 3 workouts per week using minimal equipment that you can do from home! These workouts take approximately 30 minutes to complete.

  • The Good Human-Gym Program: 3 strength training workouts per week that can be done in any fully equipped gym! These workouts are perfect for the busy student, parent, or business person who wants to improve their health in the most efficient way possible!

  • 345 Protocol: This program is the first phase of The Strong Human Program and includes 4 strength training workouts, 2 conditioning workouts, and 1 active recovery day. The focus of this program is to gain strength, muscle, and athleticism! Check this video out to see what kind of progress I had when I did this program in August to September of 2021!

  • Death by Dumbbell: This is also from The Strong Human Program and uses primarily dumbbells and cluster sets to increase strength and muscle! 4 primary strength training sessions per week with an additional accessory day. This is one of the most challenging, but enjoyable programs I’ve ever done.

  • 345 Full Body: Another program that comes from The Strong Human program. 4 full body workouts per week with an additional and optional 5th day. You can read all about this program in this article.

Want something even more hands on? Sign up for the ELITE Healthy Human Challenge

If you sign up for this, I will customize your workout program for you to individually tailor your workouts to your equipment, fitness level, and goals! This also includes weekly in-depth check-ins to track progress towards your goals. These check-ins will be done weekly via messaging and/or phone calls. This is my one on one online coaching service that is typically $125 per month, but I’m offering it at $100 for the 6 weeks of this challenge. But I can only take 5 people in this category, so make sure to sign up early to secure your spot! Once the five spots are filled, I’ll be closing registration for the “ELITE” package. 

What else does the challenge include?

  • Access to the Trainerize app! This is where your workouts will be and you’ll be able to track all your weights, reps, etc!

  • Everyone who signs up for the challenge will be apart of the Healthy Human group on the Trainerize app! In this group I’ll be posting frequently with questions, exclusive tips, and you’ll have the opportunity to interact with other participants in the group!

  • Habit formation! The Trainerize app allows me to build in your own personal habits right into your plan. This will serve as a constant reminder and keep you focused on the goal!

  • Everyone who signs up will have the ability to send me a message to ask questions and discuss progress throughout the challenge!
